Operations Lead

About the role

Rent Anything is looking for an Operations Lead to manage daily logistics for its short‑ and mid‑term rental service in Lisbon. You will ensure smooth delivery, collection and inventory processes while supporting a fast‑growing, customer‑focused business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and bookings across multiple platforms.
• Handle client communications, delivery scheduling and collections.
• Supervise quality control of rented items and flag process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and produce operational reports.
• Analyse performance data and implement efficiency‑boosting strategies.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply‑chain coordination or process optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of central Lisbon neighbourhoods, parking constraints and delivery routes.
• Physically able to move light to bulky equipment (strollers, wheelchairs, scooters).
• Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills.
• Presentable, friendly and able to interact with clients, suppliers and partners.
• Driving licence and reliable transport (desirable).
• Owner‑mindset: proactive in spotting and fixing issues.
• Highly organised, able to juggle delivery schedules, inventory lists and customer threads.
• Available for occasional weekend and early‑morning work.
