About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic individual to be the welcoming face of our Lisbon office. Working mornings on‑site, you will ensure the workspace is tidy, well‑supplied, and that visitors and staff feel supported.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office facilities, including plants, vendor contracts and day‑to‑day services.
- Maintain a positive office culture and employee experience.
- Greet visitors, answer calls, take messages and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Keep an up‑to‑date register of all company IT equipment.
- Support in‑office events by handling logistics and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data and Customer Success teams to enhance the overall experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an administrative or office‑support role is a plus.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and writing skills in English.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office equipment.
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
