About the role

This entry‑level position offers a fast‑paced, product‑driven marketing environment where creativity, data, and AI intersect. You will work on B2B digital products, creating content, boosting brand visibility, and supporting growth initiatives from day one.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce engaging marketing assets such as blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
  • Support brand visibility analysis in large language models (LLMs) and help optimise digital presence.
  • Participate in event‑related marketing activities and broader content projects.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, productivity, and marketing analysis.
  • Assist in coordinating small projects, gradually taking on more ownership.
  • Contribute to data analysis tasks to derive insights for marketing decisions.

Required profile

  • First‑hand marketing experience through internships, freelance work, academic projects, or brand initiatives.
  • Strong writing skills with a portfolio of blog posts, articles, or LinkedIn content.
  • Ability to manage small projects independently from start to finish.
  • Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Basic analytical mindset for interpreting data.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and GEO fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with LLM‑based brand positioning.
  • Graphic design basics using Canva or Figma.
