Marketing Manager – Serenity, Active & Pure

About the role

United Hospitality Management is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its wellness brands – Serenity, Active by Serenity, and Pure. You will shape brand strategy, drive digital campaigns, and ensure a consistent, health‑focused voice across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for each sub‑brand while leveraging synergies.
• Act as brand guardian, maintaining tone of voice, storytelling, and visual identity.
• Plan, launch, and optimise digital advertising on platforms such as Google and Meta.
• Oversee website performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Design and manage email marketing programmes, segment audiences and automate communications.
• Define content strategy aligned with wellbeing trends and manage social media channels.
• Lead PR initiatives, build media relationships and secure strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate production of offline assets like brochures, signage and promotional materials.
• Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports and apply data‑driven insights to improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing multi‑brand marketing programmes, preferably in wellness or hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for holistic health.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
