Locations Communication Specialist

About the role

As a member of Continental’s Communications Office reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead the coordination of the office team and shape the company’s communication strategy. You will be responsible for creating, executing and monitoring both internal and external communication plans, while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the Communications Office team and define the overall communication strategy.
• Develop, implement and monitor internal and external communication plans.
• Organise and manage corporate events held at Continental facilities.
• Represent Continental at conferences, institutional events and other external relations initiatives.
• Travel to group companies as needed to support external relations activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with media organisations, external entities and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar communications role, preferably within an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level (European framework).
• Strong computer skills, especially with standard Office tools.
• Good knowledge of image‑editing software.
