About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Flutter Mobile Engineer to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of high‑performance mobile applications. The role blends technical leadership, hands‑on development, and close collaboration with product and architecture teams, ideal for a professional who thrives in both engineering and consulting environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable mobile applications using Flutter.
• Define and maintain architecture, coding standards, and governance practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of 6+ developers, ensuring performance, delivery, and engagement.
• Provide technical leadership and consulting, including effort estimation and solution design.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Balance technical debt reduction with ongoing feature delivery.
• Translate complex architectural concepts into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and contribute to complex implementations when needed.
• Support and optimise CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7+ years of mobile application development experience with strong architectural expertise.
• Proven track record leading high‑performing engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English.
• Experience with native iOS and Android development.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices.
