Junior CRM Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join our Lisbon office. This fully on‑site position focuses on planning, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns using internal tools while collaborating closely with the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch CRM campaigns within internal systems.
• Organise project data and track progress using Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Review task details and campaign components to ensure accuracy before launch.
• Identify errors or inconsistencies and work with managers to resolve them quickly.
• Review translated content, spot mistakes and polish final copy for high quality.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Clear, proactive communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
