About the role

Consort Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing consulting team in Porto. Working in a hybrid setting, you will partner with sales and delivery leaders to attract, assess, and place top‑tier technology professionals on strategic projects across Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and engage highly qualified IT candidates across multiple technologies and domains.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Conduct technical and cultural interviews, evaluate project experience, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to understand staffing needs, match consultants to opportunities, and meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor salary trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to strengthen Consort’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful IT recruitment experience.
• Previous experience within an IT consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese technology market and an established professional network.
• Passion for recruitment as a strategic function and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting.
