IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Technology Teams

About the role

The IT Recruiter will support Bosch Service Solutions’ Operations Team in Lisbon by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and workforce plans for IT roles.
• Create and publish job ads on relevant boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Source, engage, and screen IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical fit and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on IT market trends and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and related terminology.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
