International Media Producer (Full-time)

About the role

Storytailors is looking for an International Media Producer to act as the main liaison between clients and local production teams worldwide. You will manage shoots from initial pitch through budgeting, permitting and final billing, while also stepping on‑set when required.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and coordinate with local producers across multiple territories.
• Pitch, budget, and oversee international shoots remotely from inception to delivery.
• Participate on‑set in the territory where you are based, handling field production tasks.
• Secure locations, crews, permits and other logistics for documentaries, commercials, news and branded content.
• Respond to client inquiries, convert leads into paid assignments, and manage contracts and payments.
• Monitor project profitability and ensure timely invoicing.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C2 level) – spoken and written.
• At least 8 years of media production experience, preferably on‑set.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and international production logistics.
• Availability for full‑time work.
