Inside Sales Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist who speaks French to join its global sales team. You will focus on the French market, building new business relationships and driving growth for the company’s digital workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers via phone, email and chat.
• Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across the full TeamViewer product portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals and keep accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Retention and other internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to inform sales strategy.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably with up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Background in the IT/SaaS environment is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Enjoy working in an international, multicultural team.
