HRIS Manager Consultant – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a strategic HRIS Manager Consultant who will lead large‑scale HR transformation programmes for our clients. The role combines project leadership, team coaching and business development, all while delivering high‑impact HRIS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Steer end‑to‑end HRIS programmes, including feasibility studies, software selection (AMOA), deployment and change management.
• Provide close‑knit management, coaching and career development for a team of consultants.
• Drive the evolution of our HR & HRIS service offerings and internal expertise.
• Lead internal innovation projects and contribute to the commercial expansion of our portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a large corporation, consulting firm or IT services company within the Human Resources sector.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale projects and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for HR, digital transformation and technological innovation.
• Strong service mindset, autonomy, leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
