Houseman – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

As a Houseman at W Hotels, you will be a key member of the Guest Environment team, ensuring that every guest space is clean, welcoming, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. You will work across rooms and public areas, supporting the overall appearance of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and services as needed.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supply rooms with linens, amenities, and cleaning products.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and protect guest confidentiality.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform meet professional standards.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to handle items weighing up to 50 lb.
