Head of Marketing & Sales

About the role

Atlantica is building a high‑performance surf, wellness and longevity platform in Cascais. As Head of Marketing & Sales you will sit alongside the CEO, CTO and CFO, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy and driving membership sales from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all marketing activities with internal teams and external partners (design, content, PR, web).
• Develop and document the GTM playbook for four target markets (Portugal, Brazil, UK, GCC).
• Own the brand surface, including founder content, social channels, newsletter and press relations.
• Translate platform positioning into compelling narratives for members, athletes, federations and partners.
• Manage the end‑to‑end founding‑member sales pipeline, from first conversation to contract signing.
• Design, implement and continuously improve the pre‑sales process and member journey.
• Maintain the CRM system, create outreach sequences and personally close high‑value deals.

Required profile

• 7–15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, members’ clubs, premium real estate, lifestyle brands or comparable consumer platforms.
• Proven ability to operate in a lean, founder‑team environment and deliver results without large headcount.
• Comfortable navigating cultural nuances across Portuguese, Brazilian, UK and Gulf markets.
• Willingness to be based in Cascais/Lisbon or relocate.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM management and sales sequencing.
• Proficiency in AI‑driven tools for content creation, research, sales and operations.
