Guest Experience Agent – W Hotels

About the role

As a Guest Experience Agent at W Hotels, you will be the face of the brand, creating memorable and unique moments for guests throughout their stay. You will move freely across the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and sharing local highlights to ensure every interaction feels part of the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any service requests.
• Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company policies.
• Protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lb safely.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and work as part of a team.
