Front Office Assistant

About the role

Sweet Lisbon is seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join its hospitality team in Lisbon. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the boutique hotel The Lisboans and its associated dining venues. The successful candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests while handling administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day front desk operations.
• Greet and assist guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Manage phone communications, appointments and bookings.
• Provide administrative support and maintain clerical records.
• Coordinate scheduling tasks efficiently and maintain a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing bookings.
• Experience in administrative assistance and clerical tasks.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with standard office software and tools.
• Background in hospitality or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or administration preferred.
