Front Office Agent – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Front Office Agent to become the first point of contact for guests at Pestana Valley Residences. In this role you will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, provide accurate information, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards of the Pestana Hotel Group.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage all aspects of check‑in and check‑out.
• Answer phone calls, forward inquiries, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain a tidy, organized front‑desk workspace and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding hotel services, local attractions, and guest needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar front‑office or hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor.
• Flexibility regarding work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to diverse guest profiles.
