French‑Speaking Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Service Representative supporting the Audi brand. Working remotely from the Braga area, you will interact with customers through multiple channels, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Document interactions, resolutions, and follow‑ups accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Stay informed about Audi’s latest products, policies, and services to provide up‑to‑date information.
• Demonstrate warmth and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Utilize knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1 written and oral) and good English (B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Passion for automotive topics and familiarity with digital technologies.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
