About the role
Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon as a French‑Speaking HR Partner. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, supporting HR processes for the Belgian organization while ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, first‑line assistance on all HR‑related topics for employees and managers.
- Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond.
- Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
- Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
- Prepare HR letters, reports and documents.
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Fluent French (mandatory) to support HR operations for Belgium.
- Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented and able to bring structure.
- Enjoy working with diverse cultures and adaptable to changing needs.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (preferred).
