French Customer Support Specialist – Porto, Portugal

About the role

We are expanding our customer experience team in Porto and need French‑speaking professionals to provide top‑tier assistance for global telecom products. The role is on‑site, full‑time, and involves handling inbound calls, emails and live‑chat interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support to French‑speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical, connectivity and billing issues.
• Record all interactions, complaints and resolutions accurately in the internal CRM system.
• Meet daily performance metrics and quality standards.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level French with fluent English communication.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, call centre or similar role.
• Strong computer and data‑entry abilities; comfortable navigating CRM and ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts Monday‑Saturday, 07:00‑19:00.
• Reside within 30 km of Porto and hold EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card with local tax (NIF) and social security (NISS) documentation.
