French Claims Advisor – Lisbon

About the role

Join a dynamic customer service team supporting Airbnb guests and hosts in Portugal. As a French Claims Advisor you will handle property damage and related disputes, ensuring a smooth experience for our multilingual community.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and courteously with French‑speaking customers, providing accurate information.
• Manage property damage cases, from initial reporting to resolution.
• Address sensitive issues that arise during or after reservations.
• Analyze situations and assess property features to determine liability.
• Detect anomalies and patterns to identify potential fraudulent claims.
• Work proactively to meet performance targets and goals.

Required profile

• Native or C2‑level French and C2‑level English, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses.
• At least 1 year in property‑damage, insurance or healthcare claims (or 2 years Airbnb claims experience).
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.
• Willingness to work onsite in Lisbon.
