Finance Project Manager – French Speaker (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Finance Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within our finance department. The role is based in Lisbon and operates on a hybrid schedule, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor finance‑focused digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Manage project budgets, risks and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and adjust project scope as needed.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in project management, preferably within finance or digital transformation.
• Advanced proficiency in English and French.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of finance processes and digital transformation concepts.
