Digital Project Manager – Software Consulting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead client engagements from initial conversation through delivery. The role blends product‑management instincts with strong project‑execution skills, ensuring that digital solutions solve the right business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients at the start of each engagement.
• Lead discovery workshops, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into actionable iterations.
• Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps; run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Provide regular status updates, flag risks early, and ensure delivered features meet client expectations.
• Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals, and support the presales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project‑management experience in a digital agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with presales activities, including proposal writing and discovery workshops.
• Strong understanding of digital product development and a product‑management mindset.
• Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that address real business problems.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent written and verbal communication.
