Data Product Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a senior Data Product Manager to lead data‑driven product initiatives in Lisbon. The role blends data expertise, product ownership, and project management to ensure that data solutions are tightly aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Align project objectives with business goals and guarantee value delivery.
• Lead and coordinate data and product initiatives, acting as the primary decision owner.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with clear mitigation strategies.
• Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams to improve communication and workflow efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting opportunities to optimise processes and tools.
• Maintain transparent project documentation and reporting.
• Translate technical data capabilities into concrete product outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in data and/or product roles.
• Proven senior specialist experience with the ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in program and project management.
• Extensive experience working with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Accountability for team decisions and performance.
