Customer Success Manager – French Market

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our expansion in the French market. You will act as a trusted advisor for clients using our digital learning platform, ensuring they achieve maximum value and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with French‑speaking clients, understanding their training needs.
• Lead onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert, delivering a smooth and impactful start.
• Analyze client data, conduct business reviews and implement strategies to boost engagement and programme success.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand partnerships.
• Collect feedback, optimise the learner experience and contribute to product evolution.
• Share industry best practices and training optimisation insights with clients.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in French with intermediate English proficiency.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience in training, e‑learning or HR SaaS solutions is a plus.
