Customer Service Representative – English Speaking

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting Volkswagen customers in Braga, Portugal. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring high‑quality service and contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via phone, email and chat, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships by delivering prompt, professional assistance and resolving issues efficiently.
• Promote customer retention by guiding callers toward successful outcomes and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Maintain empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, sharing feedback on emerging issues and suggesting process improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical or automotive customer‑service environment.
• Passion for automotive topics and familiarity with digital technologies.
• Ability to understand policies, procedures, warranties and market geography.
• Strong decision‑making and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking and updating customer information.
