Customer Quotations Professional – French Speaker

About the role

Join Siemens Global Business Services as a Customer Quotations Professional, supporting French‑speaking customers across Europe and Africa. You will be the main point of contact for quotation and order processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotations based on defined product references, adhering to internal guidelines and customer expectations.
• Follow up on quotations, support customers throughout the quotation process, and clarify specifications, pricing conditions, and commercial agreements.
• Manage orders from quotation validation through logistics follow‑up and delivery coordination.
• Act as a key contact for customers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders on commercial inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with sales, order management, logistics, and other business functions.
• Support process improvements and contribute to operational‑excellence initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and quality standards.

Required profile

• Solid experience in sales, quotation management, or customer‑service environments.
• Fluent French and good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
