CAD Drafter – Center of Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a skilled drafter to join the CAD Center of Excellence within Siemens Global Business Services. The role supports corporate real estate projects by creating and maintaining accurate technical drawings and CAD models.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drawings and other technical documents.
• Convert detailed technical solutions into CAD models and generate related drawings.
• Revise drawings or CAD models according to instructions and keep them to standard.
• Support real‑estate partners with calculations or dimensioning by preparing suitable models.
• Record and monitor change requests on space occupancy of office and industrial sites.
• Produce accurate reports on time based on customer needs.
• Handle critical queries and provide precise information to real‑estate partners.
• Learn corporate real‑estate processes and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture or a related field.
• Strong expertise with AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English; German is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Interest in a career within Global Business Services and corporate real‑estate.
