Business Travel Consultant (English) – Hybrid

About the role

Join Navan’s Travel Experience team to provide seamless, high‑quality support for travelers across Portugal. As a Business Travel Consultant you will handle bookings, resolve issues, and act as the voice of the customer, helping shape the product and service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver travel assistance via chat, phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
• Process hotel, flight, car and rail reservations using GDS platforms.
• Guide customers through self‑service options on the Navan platform and mobile app.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations and internal systems.
• Provide feedback to product, design and engineering teams to improve the platform.
• Participate in team meetings covering products, suppliers and industry updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Travel Consultant handling air, rail and hotel bookings.
• 3+ years experience with a Global Distribution System (Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo).
• Fluent English and resident in Portugal.
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts, Monday‑Sunday, 7 AM‑11 PM.
• Strong multitasking, problem‑solving and independent work capabilities.
