Back Office Agent – Guest Services

About the role

The Back Office Agent will act as the central hub for guest requests related to Housekeeping, Maintenance and Room Service at ME Lisbon, a luxury lifestyle hotel. You will ensure that each request is tracked, coordinated and resolved efficiently, supporting a seamless and elevated guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log guest requests from the Rooms Division and assign them to the appropriate operational teams.
• Follow up on each request, ensuring timely and detail‑oriented execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all requests and produce daily reports for management.
• Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance and room service staff to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Assist in service recovery actions, handling issues professionally and with care.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably within Rooms Division or Guest Service.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Positive energy, team spirit and genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences.
