Aviation Operations and Sales Administration

About the role

Skylark Aviation Expert is launching its Portuguese subsidiary and seeks a proactive professional to coordinate charter operations and support sales administration. You will work in a small, dynamic team, taking ownership of tasks from request intake through execution and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate charter operations from initial request to final execution, handling any last‑minute changes.
• Prepare and control operational documentation such as briefings, passenger lists, and checklists.
• Maintain live operational follow‑up and ensure smooth communication with clients, operators, airports and handling agents.
• Keep internal reporting and CRM data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Experience or training in aviation or air transport (operations, handling, airline environment, airport ops, charter brokerage) is preferred.
• Strong transferable backgrounds from travel operations or high‑end hospitality are also valued.
• Fluent English; Portuguese required for local operations; willingness to learn French.
• Result‑oriented mindset, high reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced Excel skills.
