Account Manager – Strategy & Client Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, growth‑minded Account Manager to own client relationships, shape creative strategy and turn project‑based work into long‑term retainers for our DTC brand clients.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management – act as the primary strategic advisor, lead monthly strategy check‑ins, performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews, and translate paid social performance data into high‑impact creative briefs.
• Retention, Expansion & Retainer Growth – own Net Revenue Retention targets, identify retention risks early, pitch scope upgrades and partner with internal Creative Strategists to sell creative iterations and remix bundles.
• Production Oversight & Alignment – maintain visibility on project milestones, ensure client expectations align with production realities without getting involved in daily execution weeds.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management or client strategy experience at a performance marketing or UGC agency.
• Deep understanding of the paid social landscape, including ad mechanics on Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with elite presentation skills.
