Video Content Analyst (French) – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a Video Content Analyst fluent in French to join our Lisbon office. You will work on a 24/7 rotating shift, reviewing video and text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal requirements. This role offers the chance to contribute to a safe online environment while gaining insight into social‑media regulation and EU policy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process incoming privacy requests using internal tools.
• Identify and flag non‑compliant video or text content within defined turnaround times.
• Handle complex privacy cases and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with teammates on projects aimed at improving moderation efficiency.
• Stay updated on policy changes and apply them consistently.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts, including weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive or graphic material.
• Neutral mindset for evaluating diverse video content.
