UX/UI Senior Designer

About the role

ITSector is seeking a senior UX/UI Designer to shape digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role combines human‑centered design, research, and visual craftsmanship to deliver innovative products for national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate design decisions to product, business, and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the design process.
• Create UX/UI deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity visual designs.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews and usability testing.
• Analyze research data to produce customer journey maps and integrate insights into design solutions.
• Document design guidelines and share knowledge of the design system.
• Produce responsive web and native mobile experiences in low and high fidelity.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sense with a passion for human‑centered design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work autonomously, and collaborate in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience conducting UX research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of design standards for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
