Trust & Safety Representative – French Language

About the role

The Trust & Safety Representative will ensure a safe and reliable online experience for users by reviewing and moderating content across multiple platforms. This position focuses on French‑language content while also supporting English‑language tasks, helping victims remove harmful material and enforcing brand policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and flag spam content to improve search result quality.
• Assist victims in removing explicit videos and photographs from global sites.
• Delete personal identifiable information reported by users from search results.
• Address ad‑blocking issues and improve ad experiences across the web.
• Review product listings, merchant accounts, and web pages for compliance with shopping policies and quality standards.
• Tag landing pages based on page content to ensure appropriate audience targeting.
• Evaluate videos for monetization eligibility.
• Process trademark‑related complaints, block infringing content, and escalate ambiguous cases.
• Make judgments on photos, videos, and text to enforce client terms of service.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Fluent in English (B2) and French (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and non‑standard hours.
• Strong emotional resilience, stress‑management, and objective decision‑making.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
