Travel & Expenses Analyst (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English analyst to join Airbus’ Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon. The role focuses on auditing travel‑related spend, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal policies, and supporting employees with their travel and expense queries.

Key responsibilities

• Audit travel and non‑travel expenses in line with local tax laws, company directives and Airbus regulations.
• Verify that reimbursements are backed by proper documentation such as invoices, tickets and receipts.
• Conduct second‑level analysis for internal control, especially for third‑party and G&H transactions.
• Maintain compliance with Airbus policies, ethics & compliance, risk management and country‑specific tax requirements.
• Administer the corporate credit‑card programme, handling applications, monitoring usage and cancelling cards when necessary.
• Provide phone and email support to end‑users on travel booking, expense submission and reimbursement processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; good command of Portuguese.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Clear communication skills with users, peers and management.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Motivation to learn, develop a career in Travel & Expenses and take initiative.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Google Workspace (standard office software).
