Team Lead Marketing Promotions

About the role

As the Team Lead Marketing Promotions you will own the strategy, execution and continuous optimisation of automated lifecycle communications across Marketing and Transactional CRM. You will drive customer engagement, retention and revenue growth through data‑driven programmes while ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategies to increase activation, retention and lifetime value.
• Lead the Lifecycle team, set priorities, coach members and ensure delivery of the CRM roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Commercial teams to build scalable CRM initiatives.
• Design, test and optimise automated campaigns using A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Manage customer segmentation, personalisation and marketing automation across CRM platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong background in CRM Lifecycle, Retention or Growth Marketing within a data‑driven, customer‑centric environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact on revenue, retention and repeat purchase.
• Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Emarsys.
• Expertise in customer segmentation, personalisation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Understanding of CRM data, event tracking and integrations.
