Systems Administrator

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to join a team of 180+ professionals. You will be responsible for keeping our Linux and Windows Server environments running smoothly across both cloud and on‑premises infrastructures.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Linux and Windows Server platforms in hybrid environments.
• Ensure system, network, and application availability, stability, and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, optimise, and support infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, CloudStack or Proxmox VE.
• Hands‑on experience in infrastructure troubleshooting, monitoring and system operations.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.
• CPLP nationality or a valid EU work permit.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
