Service Desk Agent – Flemish & French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Service Desk Agent, providing bilingual (Flemish and French) support to customers worldwide. You will work remotely, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring high‑quality resolutions within defined service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver solutions in Flemish, French, and English.
• Maintain compliance with SLA targets and quality standards.
• Document interactions in the CRM system and perform follow‑up actions as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex cases.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year experience in voice‑based customer or technical support.
• Proven ability to handle complaints and meet response‑time expectations.
• Fluent in Flemish (C2), French (C2), and English (B2).
• Experience using SAP or a similar CRM platform.
