SEO Specialist – Connected Funnel Initiative

About the role

Publicis Groupe is seeking a detail‑oriented SEO specialist to support the Connected Funnel initiative for Stellantis in the EE market. Reporting to the Account Director for brand strategy, you will work closely with internal and local market teams to optimise content, uncover growth opportunities and deliver data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Localise content and keywords for the EE market to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Execute on‑site SEO activities defined in the strategic roadmap.
• Support content creation using Publicis’ AI generation tool OneLayer.
• Identify and propose brand growth opportunities in the local market.
• Prepare and present monthly SEO performance reports and insights to the client.
• Track, analyse and act on SEO metrics to inform optimisation decisions.
• Assist with AI and LLM audits, turning findings into actionable SEO recommendations.
• Collaborate with SEO, data and local collective teams to ensure timely approvals and best‑practice implementation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, tools and performance metrics.
• Experience with AI‑driven content tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
