Senior/Lead Linux System Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Linux System Administrator to join our growing IT consulting team. You will work on national and international projects, ensuring the reliability and performance of Linux‑based infrastructures for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Linux/Unix servers in physical and virtual environments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell/Bash and tools such as Ansible and Puppet.
• Manage out‑of‑band hardware interfaces (Dell iDRAC, HPE iLO) and perform system monitoring with Grafana, Checkmk or Datadog.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot incidents, and provide operational support.
• Collaborate with development teams on Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional Linux/Unix system administration experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
