Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging social trends and create, caption, and publish content instantly.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and other creative platforms to edit, repurpose, and ideate content at scale.
• Make data‑driven decisions, distinguishing vanity reach from actions that generate followers or leads.
• Maintain a fast‑moving content calendar, prioritising speed over perfection.
• Collaborate with the broader Paradox team to align social output with product messaging.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Proactive builder mindset with a bias toward action.
• Comfortable using AI as a productivity partner.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Required skills

• Claude AI or similar large‑language‑model tools.
• AI creative tools for editing and repurposing content.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Data analytics for social performance metrics.

What we offer

• Full‑time role with flexibility to work remotely or from our Dubai office.
• Opportunity to shape the social voice of an AI‑driven personal‑growth platform.
• Access to cutting‑edge AI tools and a supportive startup culture.
