Senior FP&A Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Join the Insights Center at Marsh as a Senior FP&A Analyst, supporting finance teams across the UK and continental Europe. Based in Lisbon, this hybrid position offers a blend of office collaboration and analytical work to drive sound financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial data and quantitative information to support recommendations.
• Review and conduct simple analyses of financial planning reports, suggesting improvements.
• Assist month‑end close by preparing standard and ad‑hoc reports, researching ledger variances.
• Develop budgets and quarterly forecasts, tracking initiatives and reporting outcomes.
• Prepare financial planning information by collecting, analysing and summarising trends.
• Support basic audit activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant business experience in finance.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and collaborating across geographies.
