Sales Representative

About the role

Join Zennio’s international sales team to promote innovative smart‑home, smart‑building and hospitality solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will act as the brand ambassador in your assigned market, driving growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a territory sales strategy aligned with local market needs.
• Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs for sustainable growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, using CRM for follow‑up and reporting.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure long‑term, profitable agreements.
• Control the assigned sales budget and commercial costs.
• Represent Zennio at trade fairs, industry events and networking activities.
• Promote brand awareness among consultants, architects, developers, integrators and institutional clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and technological developments.
• Document all commercial activity in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Strong planning and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective prioritisation and teamwork skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in similar sales positions.
• Proficiency in English.
