Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion Boutique

About the role

Christian Dior Couture is looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join its flagship boutique in Lisboa. As a brand ambassador you will deliver the Dior experience to every client, driving sales while upholding the house’s heritage of elegance and creativity.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets using proven sales techniques.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, sharing the story and details of each collection.
• Provide personalized clienteling, manage the customer database, and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a welcoming, client‑focused environment across all communication channels.
• Support back‑office tasks such as product reception, quality control, stock updates, and packaging preparation.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong understanding of high‑end product lines and the ability to convey their value.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced boutique environment and meet performance KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using retail client‑management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory handling and quality control procedures.
