About the role

As the Restaurant Manager for Farés, you will oversee a dynamic Middle Eastern‑inspired venue that thrives during dinner, late‑night drinks, and weekend lunch service. You will ensure smooth operations across the floor and bar, delivering consistent, high‑quality guest experiences while fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards and promptly address guest feedback.
• Implement brand standards, operational policies, and service rituals.
• Lead on peak days and events, monitoring guest flow, team performance, and service pace.
• Oversee restaurant and bar operations, ensuring product quality, ambience, and team coordination.
• Manage budgets, track revenue and expenses, optimise labour costs, and drive profitability through upselling.
• Plan and publish staff schedules aligned with forecasted business levels.
• Control absences in the HRIS, verify clock‑in/out records, and ensure payroll accuracy.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, vacation planning, and contract renewals.
• Monitor online reviews, respond to negative feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP sanitation standards.
