Project Manager – Finance & EPM/BI Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the transformation of our finance and management reporting systems on modern EPM/BI platforms. You will act as the bridge between finance, IT and business units, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, projects stay on schedule, and delivered solutions meet user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate EPM/BI projects, defining scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead business requirements gathering with finance, IT and business stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, including test documentation, execution and user follow‑up.
• Produce analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and EPM/BI platforms.
• Contribute to the design and optimisation of financial and operational dashboards and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, coordination and planning.
• Solid experience in business requirements gathering and UAT support, with documented deliverables.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentations) for both technical and business audiences.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Basic financial literacy (P&L, budgeting, reporting structures).
• Professional background in Finance, IT or Consulting and a degree in management, information systems, finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with EPM/BI platforms such as OneStream, SAP BPC, Anaplan.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
