Product Marketing Manager (Youth)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a world‑class Product Marketing Manager to champion its youth‑focused financial products. You will shape marketing strategies that highlight the positive impact of these offerings and build trust across the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs by deeply understanding behaviour and how youth products work globally, turning insights into data‑driven recommendations for product teams.
• Own the development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging and PR plans to drive impactful go‑to‑market launches.
• Design and execute research plans that uncover customer insights, validate product road‑maps and monitor the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to brief on insights and messaging, ensuring successful campaign execution.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses, applying analytical rigour to inform go‑to‑market tactics.
• Deliver growth‑focused campaigns that generate measurable business impact.
• Scale product‑marketing efforts globally by creating playbooks and resources for regional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2C product, growth or consumer marketing within a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth tech environment.
• Passion for Revolut’s suite of financial products.
• Strong knowledge of fintech or payments markets and their competitive dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and manage complex, cross‑functional go‑to‑market campaigns.
• Track record of delivering consumer‑focused marketing across in‑product, digital, PR and offline channels.
• Ability to analyse data and distil actionable insights that shape strategy.

Required skills
