Product Designer

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a Product Designer to shape intuitive, delightful experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to turn complex requirements into elegant, user‑centered designs that scale globally.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain a design system and component library for consistent UI across iOS, Android, and web.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process—from concept and user flows to pixel‑perfect visual design.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape strategy and with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handoff.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Advocate UX best practices and help evolve design processes and tooling.
• Mentor junior designers and foster an inclusive design culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional product design experience.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and usability.
• Familiarity with native mobile design patterns (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design).

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
