Pharmacist – Medical Information Specialist (German)

About the role

Med Communications International is seeking a qualified pharmacist to join its Medical Information and Medical Affairs team as a Medical Information Specialist. This remote position is ideal for professionals who wish to transition from community pharmacy to a role focused on scientific communication and data management, while working from anywhere in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, organize, and disseminate up‑to‑date medical and pharmaceutical information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor scientific literature, clinical trial results, and regulatory updates to ensure accurate knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support medical affairs initiatives and respond to information requests.
• Maintain high‑quality documentation and databases of medical information.

Required profile

• Degree in MPharm, PharmD, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 3–5 years of experience working as a pharmacist, preferably in a community or clinical setting.
• Fluent in English and German (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
